For girls in grades 3 - 8.
The basic lacrosse skills we will reinforce in drills and game-like situations are cradling, passing & catching, ground ball pick-ups (scooping), shooting, and dodging. We will introduce concepts of team offense and defense.
NOTE: This activity is for students of Mother Mary Lange Catholic School Only.
